Phil Leto was an American hairstylist.

Leto worked on many classic motion pictures, including The Godfather, Driving Miss Daisy, Dog Day Afternoon, Serpico, and Network.

He was personal hairstylist to Burt Reynolds, and worked with Reynolds on several of his films, such as Malone, Rent-a-Cop, Switching Channels, Physical Evidence, and Breaking In, as well as Reynolds' short-lived television series, B.L. Stryker.
