The 71st Emmy Awards returns to FOX, airing LIVE coast to coast from the Microsoft Theater at L.A. LIVE in Los Angeles on Sunday, Sept. 22, 2019 (8:00-11:00 PM ET/5:00-8:00 PM PT). The announcement was made jointly by the Television Academy and FOX.
The Emmy Awards recognize excellence within various areas of television and emerging media. The Emmy Award is a symbol of peer recognition from more than 23,000 voting members of the Television Academy.
Host(s) and producers for the 71st Emmy Awards will be announced at a later date.
