Halina Siwolop has been enjoying her work as a Set Decorator in Hollywood for over 20 years. Some of her favorite television projects include FX's Legion, Showtime's Masters of Sex, and ABC's Agent Carter and Pushing Daisies.
A native of Southern California, Halina completed her undergraduate degree at the University of California, Santa Barbara. She continued on to earn a professional designation in Merchandising and Marketing from The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. After time spent in the fashion industry and various marketing positions, Halina launched her career in design after completing UCLA's Interior and Environmental Design Program. A fortuitous job as an Art PA eventually lead her to venturing into the entertainment industry and set decoration.
Recognition for her work came in 2009 when she and her team were awarded a Primetime Emmy for Pushing Daisies. Halina additionally earned three Emmy nominations for her work on Masters of Sex. She has been a proud member of the Television Academy since 2009 and, prior to her position as Governor, Halina spent four years as a member of the Art Directors/Set Decorators Peer Group Executive Committee. Additionally, she spent four years on the Board of Directors for the Set Decorators Society of America.
She currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband and daughter and is working on an HBO limited series.
