Leo Clarke was an American television producer.

Clarke started out as a production assistant on The Redd Foxx Show and then joined It's Garry Shandling's Show as a production manager.

Clarke also produced Roc (with Charles S. Dutton), the 1995 reboot of Get Smart, Moesha (with Brandy Norwood), The Steve Harvey Show, All of Us (co-created by Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith), Lucky Louie (with Louis C.K. and Pamela Adlon), and Frank TV (with impressionist Frank Caliendo),
