Wilson worked in scripted reality television for over a decade, most notably on programs hosted by drag performer and television personality RuPaul, including RuPaul's Drag Race, RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars, and RuPaul's Drag Race: A Retrospective of the Cultural Phenomenon. She was nominated for three Primetime Emmy Awards for her work on RuPaul's Drag Race, winning two.

Wilson's other credits include Basketball Wives, I Want to Work for Diddy, and The Rebel Billionaire: Branson's Quest for the Best.

Wilson died September 11, 2019.
