Active Status:

Employment for a minimum of two (2) years within the last four (4) years in one of the classifications covered by the other Peer Groups (except Performers) on at least twenty (20) national commercials or in a minimum of ten (10) segments of national brand-driven content, defined as by broadcast to at least 50% of the total potential U. S. television market, by pay/basic cable transmissions (including by way of example so-called basic cable, pay cable, pay television and interactive cable), or by digital distribution to markets representing at least 50% or more of U.S. households;

Or as a PERFORMER in at least ten (10) national commercials;

Or ON-AIR Promos - as a PRODUCER or DIRECTOR on at least twenty (20) national on-air promos - each promo must have more than fifty percent (50%) original content;

Or a combination of the above requirements;

Or as a producer, director and/or creative who otherwise does not meet the requirements but who worked on a Commercial that received an Emmy Nomination within the past four (4) years, depending on their level of contribution and responsibility;

Or a qualified body of work relevant to the peer group that warrants a waiver of the above requirements. Body of Work designation has all benefits of Active membership with the exception of running for Peer Group Governor.

Members whose membership is based on their work in on-air promos are not eligible to run for Governor.

Associate Status:

Employment by any person in a position which would normally qualify for Active Membership, but who has not compiled sufficient credits for Active membership and has worked in the industry for a minimum of one (1) year.
